Shopping Heaven Decoupage, Birthday
This is a pretty, girly, Step by Step Decoupage sheet, from my collection of Fun Designs, perfect for those ladies who love shopping!
The colours in the design are beautiful. The main design will fit a A5 sized card blank (A4 folded in half).
A Happy Birthday Greeting is part of the design. Full instructions are included and the decoupage is added, in step by step alphabetical order. Some artwork in this design, has been created by Cheryl Seslar, I am a licensed CUP designer, to use her graphics on license number CUP-18586.
