I basically mounted the card on patterned paper framed by a thin edge of light brown. I cut out the 3d pieces and popped them with mounting tabs - then I added a jewel on her necklace and 3 jewels either side of "Happy Birthday".
A little clear glitter glue was added to some areas of her dress......and last, I added an organza bow.
