I first matted the base image onto co-ordinating textured card and cut to leave a narrow border. This was then attached to a white DL card blank.

I added a multicoloured peel off sentiment (this is to be a Christmas card)along with some coloured gems and black glitter glue on parts of the dress and jewellery
