I printed the sheet on a good quality of photopaper. Cut out the girl and the roses and layered with foam tape. I added som ice shimmer to the flowers
copied the sheet on Crafty Bob's premium paper cut out the elements, shaped each piece and layered using silicone. Further enhanced the card topper by using stickles in the flower centres, and on the small blossoms.
Used pearl gems for her necklace and pink pearls to enhance her bows on her dress. Added a peel off Happy Birthday sentiment and mounted it on a pink card base.
