I decoupaged the topper with 3d foam, layered it on to blue card then on to gold mirror card and then mounted it on to a5 blue card.

Printed pattern onto 130gsm matte inkjet paper and mounted base picture onto blue card stock. Attached 3D elements with foam pads and used a border sticker around the edge. Used a touch of glitter, faux gems and added greeting.
