Printed on to HQ glossy paper.Cut all elements out carefully then built up decoupage pieces on to the background design using 3D foam pads.Once completed I adhered to some burgundy HQ cardstock using DSS tape and placed some silver outlines around the edge and added a pretty gem to the tag.
