Printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out all the pieces (nice and easy as there are no fiddly bits), I attached the main image to a scalloped edge card using DST and added the other layers with 2mm foam pads.
This is a lovely design suitable for various different occasions.

I printed the sheet onto satin photo paper. Cut out the main picture and attached it to a white card blank. The decoupage flower was added using foam pads.
