I glued silver backing paper onto good quality card stock, printed image on to semi gloss photo paper. glued to card, applied silver peel offs to card edges and image. decoupaged layers and finished with yellow gem stones to lights and wheel hubs, and green and red gem stones to starting lights. a great card for my grandsons 18th.
