I have designed this in my scalloped shape and it has both the topper and the matching base. Designed with Men in Mind! and with them being a little bit difficult to make cards for sometimes, I thought these are different and funky but still in my vintage style.
Simply cut out the base and attach to your card then cut out the scallop topper and using 3D foam or silicone glue add to the card front.

I printed this sheet onto good quality photo paper and cut out all the parts. I attached the main picture to a card blank and added the layers with foam pads. I also added corners.
