Printed on good quality photo paper cutout and layered onto a white card added a gold punched out anchor with chain peeloff a stunning card when complete.
I printed onto glossy photo card then mounted onto mirri card then onto my card blank using DST. I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. I added the matching insert.
