I printed the sheet onto matt photo paper and cut out all the elements. I built up the decoupage using foam pads. I matted the topper onto a silver mat and then mounted the topper onto a red A5 card blank.
The matching mini card I put on the reverse of the card. I decorated with a few gems and glitter. This was great fun and very easy to make.
