I printed onto white card stock and cut out all the pieces. I then stuck the main picture onto folded white card with double sided tape. The other pieces were decoupaged into place using foam pads, except for the last piece.

I curved this and stuck it with glue gel to give a more rounded effect. Finally, I added my own sentiment.
