Black Roulette Get Well Soon 8in Scallop Decoupage TopperCompleted by Nicky Rodrich

I put the main picture on to a 5x5 blue card using a thin 3d foam. I then cut out the decoupage pieces & placed them in the places securing them with slighlty higher 3d foam.

I then highlighted the gold leaves and trimmings with a gold glitter gel pen.
