Great design for the footie fanatic who supports a team who play in blue and white or just enjoys playing or watching the beautiful game! One main layer to add to the main card front, then extra items to layer on top, plus a few extra brad embellishments for you to use as you wish on the design, envelope or insert.
The trophy has the word Champion on and No.1 You have a choice of three greetings or use the blank on the card front for your own message. The greetings say, The Beautiful Game. Eat, Sleep Football and Back of the Net! It's Your Birthday.
I have put a slight shadow around some of the layers so they stand out on the white background sheet and making it easier to see the outline for cutting.

I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image onto black card then mounted it onto white card...I then added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...another fabulous design from Janyce...perfect for football fans of all ages.
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to square white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with minature football boots.

The design was printed on to matte photo paper and cut out.
I added a contrast panel to a 7x7 card then added the main image with foam tape.
The other elements were added with foam pads.
To finish the card I added a peel off border, a personalised sentiment tag and a printed verse inside.
