Roulette Black Good Luck Scallop Postcard Step by Step

I have designed this sheet with Men in mind, as a decoupage sheet, use 3D foam or silicone glue to build the layers up into a gorgeous vintage card front.

The base image builds up using classic decoupage, it measures 5.5inches square with scallop edges for your cards.
