I printed the design onto matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image with mirri card and mounted it on to the base card.

I added the decoupge using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the card I added gold gilding wax to the embossed background and a little polar bear embelishment...this is a fabulous design.
