With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the design base onto the front of a blue C5 card, i then added a blue and silver glittery border all round the outside edges of the design, to finish my card i made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific design for any budding actor, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done
cut out all elements. decoupages with foam pads. mounted onto white card stock. personalized blank and decorated with border peel offs
