I printed out the sheet onto 300gsm Super Smooth white cardstock and then cut out all the pieces. I scored and folded a sheet of A4 brown cardstock in half and attached the base card front layer using finger-lift tape.

I then shaped the decoupage pieces and attached in order to the card front using glue gel. I finished off by attaching the blank greetings panel using 1mm deep, double sided, foam tape and putting on a peel-off that says "Penblwydd Hapus" - which is Welsh for "Happy Birthday".
