Printed onot good quality card stock. Cut out all pieces. Attached main piece to blue card stock, then to a white card base. Attached other pieces using foam pads. Applied diamond glaze to the roofs and the red on the lifesaver.

I printed the sheet onto glossy A5 photo paper and added the decoupage with foam pads. I chalked the edge of a white A6 scalloped card blank with blue chalk and then added the topper. I finished with some red, white & blue card candi.
