A fun image ...which I printed onto matte photo paper and matted layered onto matching yellow and red card. This was then placed onto white card stock with wet glue. I added the decoupage with foam pads.
I added several peel offs and some cowboy boots ..I guess his boots were hurting him so he was wearing his flip flops!!
