I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image with a grey metalic backing paper and mounted it onto a white card blank...I applied the decoupage using silicone gel and to finish the card I added a little dog embelishment and card candi to the corners...a great fun design.
