Whimsy Gardener Topper and DecoupageCompleted by Johanna Lambert

I printed the sheet onto good quality white card and cut out the images. I mounted the main image onto a layer of blue card and then onto my card base using DST and added the decoupage and greetings with foam pads for a 3D effect.
