I resized to print at half A4, mounted the topper centrally on to a 7x5 card and layered all elements.
Added borders in a criss-cross pattern to two corners, and finished with card candi. A great fun design in lovely bright colours.
I printed onto smooth white card then cut out,I added the base design to a blank card and mounted the decoupage with thin foam pads,I'm sure this quote will bring a smile.
