I printed out the design onto Crafty Bob's premium matte photo paper then cut out all of the pieces.

I matte and layered the main bit of the design onto some turquoise blue shiny card then attached it to the front of a white 8" x 8" square card blank that I had run through an embossing folder.

I decoupaged the smaller elements using silicone glue. Some die cut butterflies and some crystal drops were added for decoration
