Printed sheet on glossy photo paper, cut out main picture and all elements and assembled with silicone glue. I put small gems at ear for the earrings. I covered an 8 x 8 deckled edge card blank with contrasting backing paper using dst and added glitter to the swirls.

I mounted the completed topper to the side of the card and finished off with a pink ribbon down one side and the Happy Birthday sentiment to the other.

A beautiful design.
