I made up the decoupage with various elements to different levels and added the whole to the top half of a white A5 card blank.
Underneath I added a piece of "dad you rock" vellum (cup62777_376) and fixed the printed sentiment with silicon glue.
To complete I used some irridescent and gold glitter on some of the notes. I also used a piece of "dad you rock" printed on paper for the inner.
