I cut out the image and assembled using foam pads. I hen coloured over the 'Happy Birthday', and flowers using a blue glitter pen. I cut out the fan and coloured the edges with a blue glitter pen.

I added a pearl tothe fan and a gem to the flower in her hair. I then took a square card and covered it with a piece of black and gold paper. I attached the decoupaged image. To finish I coloured around the frame with a pnk glitter pen.
