I cut the image without the blue frame but added the completed decoupage to blue mirri card instead. I mounted the whole onto a white DL card. To complete I added blue gems (round and teardrop) to some of the feathers as well as part of the head feathers.

I also added blue glitter glue to the rest of the head feathers and four pink pearls in each of the corners.
