Nurses Have Hearts Say Thank You to Your Nurse Grandmas KitcCompleted by Sandra Carlse Designs

I applied a backing sheet to good quality 160g white cardstock. I removed the elements from the sheet. Using silicone glue, I layered the central image.

I positioned the 'Happy Birthday' message banner to the top of the card & applied my own flower toppers to the bottom of the card.

A lovely card when complete.
