I printed the design onto 180 gsm matt photo paper and then cut out the base design and all the element.

I used photo glue to attach the base design to an 8 x 8 pearlised white card blank and added the decoupage layers with silicone glue.

Finally I added a white satin pearl to the centre of the bow.
