The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I created a 7"x7" square card from 2 pieces of light blue card. I covered the front with a dotty paper. I embossed the front edge with a wavy line to mirror the sea.

I wove some blue ribbon along the edge and tied a bow. I mounted the base layer onto a piece of holographic silver card I used 4 teabag squares and folded them to make decorative corners.

I attached them with blue flower brads. I layered up the decoupage with 1mm foam pads. I adapted the greeting making it into cloud shapes.

You can personalise it by putting the name of the child/baby and their age/birth onto the front of the ark.
