Engagement Card Topper & DecoupageCompleted by Pam Stubley

I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I took a white base card and added red holographic card to the front, then added the main image. I decoupaged using foam pads and added a plaited thread with sequins across the card.

Wherever there was a sequin I added a big gem to mirror the one the young man is holding! A very contemporary young couple which should suit anyone getting engaged!
