A lovely Silver, Fancy Scrolls card front. With a Blue Border and Blue, Fancy Scroll Framed topper, with Blue Glitter 10 in the center. A Blue Sparkle Firework in the top corner and a Bottle of Champagne and Two Glasses in the Opposite corner.
Extra layers to decoupage, a small topper for the reverse of your card and a Silver, Fancy Greeting Tag. This prints Beautifully and makes a very pretty A5 Anniversary card.

I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out all pieces. I matted the base layer onto Silver Mirri card, with d/s tape and then added this onto a White card base with foam tape.
The center topper and decoupage was added with foam pads.
The Greeting Tag was matted onto Silver Mirri card with d/s tape and added to the top of my card with foam tape.
To finish I added Glitter to the Numbers and Sparkle and Champagne Bubbles. I matted the small topper onto Silver Mirri card and attached to the reverse of my card and used Silver Handmade peel offs .
The inside of my card was finished with a Matching insert, with a Verse.
