Anniversary/wedding Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

I printed the file onto 200gsm matte photo paper,printing an extra Happy Anniversary tag and sun, and cut out the parts.

I punched decorative corners in a white 8x8 cardblank and attached the base image with DST.

I used 3D foam for the decoupage, glossy accents to the beaks,eyes and yellow stickles glitter to the bouquet and other little flowers.

I added mini yellow gems to the branches, stick-on shiny hearts to the greeting tag, attached small ruby pearls to the corners and finished off the tag with a pink satin bow.

A gorgeous design that is quick to make up.

The two owls look soooo cute on the finished card! This is perfect for either Weddings or Anniversaries.
