I started with an A4 cream coloured sheet of cardstock and folded it in half. I then cut out the 3D design, assembled it and placed it on a background of embosed white paper.

I placed this in the centre of the card, went around the picture with red and gold ribbon, placed the same ribbon down the left hand side of the card and embelished with red and gold bows, gold letters and border.
