Hearts Galore Decoupage, AnniversaryCompleted by Johanna Lambert

I printed the sheet onto white card and cut out the images. I mounted the main image onto a layer of red card with scalloped edge and then onto my card base using DST.

I then added the decoupage and greeting with foam pads and finished by adding red gems.
