I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and assembled the slats. This I layered onto embossed gold paper and then onto white card, decorated with punched edges.

Then I attached it to a red card base and added a strip of white ribbon, then gold on top of that along the bottom, threaded through a pewter heart buckle.

To finish I scattered clear faux gems here and there. This is a cheeky but lovely image for a loved one.
