I printed the design out on a Glossy Photo Paper. I clipped the items out. I made a matching Red base card and glued the main design on to it. I attached the Decoupage/ 3D and Sentiments on with Sticky pads.

I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I covered a white base card with a heart backing paper and attached the main image towards the bottom of the card.
I added all the decoupage using foam pads and a greeting at the to of the card. I then added gems to the middle of the two bows. I am still waiting for the punch line with this one because it is not often (if ever) we get a serious card from these two!!!!
