I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image then mounted it onto a white base card and added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the card I added the little heart embelishments from the design sheet and added a ribbon with musical notes ...this is a gorgeous design.
