I printed out on matte photo paper then cut out all the images. I matted the topper on green card using d s tape then attached it to my card made from a sheet from cup37764_126 again using d s tape.

I outlined the main decoupage image with glossy accents then used silicone glue to attach it my card. I used the same glue for the remaining decoupage images
