I have printed my design out onto a light card and cut out. My next step was to layer up the design into a 3D. I then mounted this design onto a light coloured background which I then stuck to my blue base card.

To finish off I have used some black rub off flourishes to decorate and left off any greetings so card can be used for any purpose.
