This is a scenic card topper, of a mermaid under the sea, with colorful fish decoupage.
To Make this card topper,print,on quality photo paper, cut out all the pieces, and use foam squares for the decoupage, measure and fit to a blank card front, and use DSTape to mount, choose your sentiment tag, if you want something different that the birthday sentiment tag, just mount it on top.
I have included a variety of sentiment tags.

Printed onto 150gsm glossy photo paper. I mounted the base layer onto an A5 card blank using DST and built up the decoupage and text plate using silicone gel.
