I printed the sheet directly onto card and cut out each element of the decoupage and layered them with sticky pads.

I then chose another cup sheet cup 112994_96 the swirly oval apperture card.

I cut out the apperture and glued the decoupaged silhouette onto the inside of the card so that it would show in the centre of the apperture.

I then used the "Happy Birthday" greeting and stuck this also on the inside of the card.
