St. Patrick's Day HarpistCompleted by Donna Ritchie

This card makes up quickly and looks great when using the designed decoupage. I also made it up by cutting the frame from the design and flat sticking this to my base card at an angle.

I then raised the centre of the design on foam squares and placed it, straight, on top of my frame.

I finished by adding a rhinestone to the centre of the flower on the harp.
