The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a green hammer finish card as my base. I attached a piece of distressed paint effect paper to the front of the card.

I mounted the topper onto a piece of green card and layered the decoupage using Pinflair glue gel. I used ribbon, peel off corners and a Sakura clear stardust pen to decorate.
