A beautiful design for a sympathy card. Printed onto 250gsm white card, cut out all the pieces, then attached the decoupage piece using 2mm foam pads.

I then cut out a piece of white cardstock, traced around the edges of the design and attached the centre portion to the card using d/s tape and scored down the black lines on either side of the centrepiece and folded in slightly.

The remaining two pieces I scored and folded in half, used d/s tape to stick the 2 sides of the longer one together to create a small bookmark or tag, punched a hole and threaded blue ribbon through.

The smaller tag, I folded in half, punched a hole and threaded blue piece of ribbon through to use as a card for flowers.
