I decoupaged the main picture, then matted this onto silver holographic card before mounting onto a pretty floral card blank.
I added the "13 today" message and the greeting at the bottom of the card, also matted onto holographic card.

The sheet was printed on to photo paper. The main image was attached to white paper, then on to lilac card. Silver peel off was used for the borders. The layers were added using foam pads.
