With this design i placed a three toned backing on an A5 card, then placed the main design base in the centre, adding a blue wavy border around the base, i then built up the decoupage, to finish off i placed two sentiments on the card, one at the top and one under the design, i then decided to place two strips of straight blue border to each side of the card edge.
