You Passed Step by Step Card TopperCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

I printed the file onto 200gsm matte photo paper and cut out the parts. I covered a card with a humorous main image from cup354802_1030 by Susan Allison. I glued the first image to the card then decoupaged using 2mm foam pads. I added a sentiment bubble with 2mm foam.

I edged the leisure suit with purple gelly pen and attached golded striped pink and purple card candi to two corners.

A fab decoupage for lots of occasions,especially for teens, you could make up your own bubble speech as required!
