I printed the sheet onto matt photo paper and cut out all the elements. I matted the main image onto a red mat and mounted the topper onto an easel card blank made from a 6x6 card.

I built up the decoupage with foam pads and used a piece of grey embossed card as a stopper. I used gems and a little glitter to decorate.
